Entry Level Grounds Keeper for Exterior Property Maintenance

DUTIES:

         Emptying Trash Containers

         Picking up Trash and Debrie in Parking Lots

         Lawn Mowing & Trimming

         Shrub Pruning

         Gardening

REQUIREMENTS:

         No Experience Required

         18 and over may submit an employment application

         West Virginia Driver s License

         Reliable & Legal Transportation

         Clean Background

         Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

COMPENSATION:

Compensation is production based on a Per Job payment.

         Paid Weekly Fridays Direct Deposit (Totaling $170.00) plus DTR

o   Held back one week.

o   All Employee withholdings: Fica, Medicare, Federal Income Tax, State Income Tax.

         DTR - Daily Transportation Reimbursement

o   from home to the Job/Project ($0.75 per mile)

         Paid per Scheduled Job/Project

o   Monday (Total $60.00) plus DTR

  7:00 AM - 7:30 AM Emptying 3 Trash Containers ($10.00)

  7:30 AM - 9:00 AM Picking up Trash and Debrie in Parking Lot ($20.00)

  Gardening

         9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Weed Flower Gardens ($20.00)

         11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Shrub Pruning ($10.00)

o   Wednesday (Total $60.00) plus DTR

  7:00 AM - 7:30 AM Emptying 3 Trash Containers ($10.00)

  7:30 AM - 9:00 AM Picking up Trash and Debrie in Parking Lot ($20.00)

  9:00 AM 12:00 AM Lawn Mowing & Trimming ($30.00)

o   Friday (Total $50.00) plus DTR

  7:00 AM - 7:30 AM Emptying 3 Trash Containers ($10.00)

  7:30 AM - 9:00 AM Picking up Trash and Debrie in Parking Lot ($20.00)

  Gardening

         9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Weed Flower Gardens ($20.00)

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

A Probationary period of 36 scheduled workdays over a 3-month period. The above rates are for the entry level position and may be increased upon weekly productivity.

EPAR - Employee Productivity Assessment Review is held every 6 scheduled workdays.

         Punctuality (0, 36) [0= On Time][1-36= Late][0= good][1-36= bad to worse]

         Attendance (0, 36) [0= Absentee][1-36= Absentee] [0= good][1-36= bad to worse]

         Time management productivity (0, 5) [0= unsatisfactory][1= poor][2= low][3= average][4= above average][5= excellent]

         Skill (0, 5) [0= no skill][1=low skill][2= moderate skill][3= average skill][4= above average skill][5= expertise]

         Job Quality (0, 3) [0= unsatisfactory][1= poor][2= good][3= excellent]

Compensation Increase depends upon EPAR Scores

To obtain the first compensation increase, the EPAR scores must be as follows
