Set Up Employee Scheduling
Scheduling
Job is another important aspect of any business that performs services either
on or off the premises. Employee Scheduling is also an equal component because,
with out people, nothing gets done which means, no money is earned.
One of the
biggest challenges today is Employee Availability. To see that clearly, a Time
Management Calendar comes in to record Employee availability. Divide the time
up into two four hour segments for typically five days a week.

Note: Thime management calendars can
be used anywhere time is a crucial part of your business.
By using this tool, have your
employee(s) block out dates and times they know that they will not be available,
then you as a dispatcher or program director can see your human resources
clearly.
